I liked the language which the book is written with – it’s like talking dsrek a friend in the bar, very colourful and alive, but sometimes palpably verbose. So if time is valuable, maybe this book is not a right choice.

concurrench Funniest technical book that i recall reading. The Akka Toolkit takes the sting out of coding for multiple cores, multiple clncurrency, and even multiple machines. Get unlimited access to videos, live online training, learning paths, books, tutorials, and more. I’ve used Akka for Java based project, so reading examples was a bit harder as they are in Scala.
I had to use external sources to finally understand what is a core difference between routers and dispatchers, do one need to combine them and what happens if to try different combinations of their types.
